What were the most productive and interesting aspects of the program for you? The least interesting and productive?
The readings once again were quite interesting and a good way to practice what we've learned. As an American, the Katakana might not have been as necessary but it was still good practice to try explaining the words using Japanese.
What activities or materials did you find most helpful (e.g., pair work, drill practice, tests, small group sessions, textbooks, games)?
Though the pace was overwhelming at level 4, by Level 5 I was able to be used to the amount of Kanji learned daily, and the daily tests really helped with that and helped me understand which characters I needed to focus on for the larger weekly tests.
