Make friends, go out, try new stuff, but still study hard. That was what I tried to do.

Matthew from Fall 2015

Which events or activities did you find the most satisfying and why?

The barbecue and the Fuji Q trip were the best, because there was a lot of hanging out and getting to know your classmates in a casual setting

What were the most productive and interesting aspects of the program for you? The least interesting and productive?

My favorite was the conversation practice, since I wanted to improve that the most. I can't think of anything I would call unproductive.

Any further thoughts or tips for those considering the program or new KCP students?

If you are looking to study Japanese in Japan, I highly recommend KCP International. For starters, it’s in Tokyo! (And who doesn’t want to be in Tokyo?) KCP is in an extremely convenient location and using public transportation you can pretty much get around anywhere.
